PrivatPort, a new global executive aviation division of Swissport International AG, is partnering with SO Capital, an investment firm specialising in the aviation and health care sectors, to accelerate its growth throughout Australia–New Zealand–Pacific. With Air Napier in its aviation portfolio, SO Capital complements PrivatPort's global heritage with proven regional aviation expertise.
The joint venture will be formally signed by Josua Hildbrand, CEO of PrivatPort, and Shah Aslam, CEO of SO Capital, symbolising the start of a long-term collaboration and a shared vision for the future of executive aviation in the region.
